noun
DEFINED AS:
the state of being awake and aware of one’s surroundings
the fact of awareness by the mind of itself and the world
“Consciousness remains the most puzzling mystery throughout time, being incredibly familiar yet the biggest conundrum human beings have faced.”
“During Tracy’s LSD trip, she felt as if her consciousness visited other dimensions.”
*SIDE NOTE*
Often times people confuse the words conscious and conscience. Have you ever wondered the difference between the two? Consciousness means having all three eyes open, being aware of this world and everything happening/surrounding you. Conscience simply means the awareness between right and wrong actions, e.i. “guilty conscience”. Stay conscious of what your conscience is telling you, my dear friends!
